Refunds will not be granted for schedule conflicts, team placement concerns, or missed games.
If the tournament is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond RYSA’s control (e.g., extreme weather or other Acts of God), the following options may be considered:
Rescheduling the event for a future date
Issuing a full or partial credit toward a future RYSA event
Providing a partial or full refund, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation
Tournament Eligibility and Insurance Policy:
The Mini World Cup is a BC Soccer-sanctioned event, and all participating teams must be properly registered with BC Soccer or another recognized Provincial/State Association.
Only players who are properly registered and in good standing are permitted to participate.
Teams are responsible for securing all required permits, approvals, and insurance coverage. RYSA does not verify individual player eligibility or insurance status and trusts that all teams will comply with their governing bodies' regulations.
Photography & Video Policy:
By registering for the Mini World Cup, you consent to the use of any photographs or video footage taken during the event featuring players, coaches, or team staff. These images may be used by Rutland Youth Soccer Association for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, or in printed materials.
